This project showcases an attractive regeneration strategy, soft landscape, cycling provisions and innovative solutions to reduce illegal parking.

As precursory works to new developments , our engineer completed the Preliminary and Detail Design packages with a construction stage handover.

The Granby Road regeneration, transformed a dilapidated and unwelcoming corridor into a cycle friendly public realm pocket. The success of the project prompted for further development for cycle routes connecting Ebbsfleet Station to key points of interest.
 

Our engineer liaised with Amey and Kent Count Council to accelerate project progression and construction to a high standard. Our involvement does not end with core responsibilities and we will go above and beyond to assist with unforeseen complexities.
