EASTCOTE TOWN CENTRE IMPROVEMENTS,
HILLINGDON
As the design engineer behind this public realm & SuDS project, we delivered on complex repaving, green space and drainage network designs to mitigate flood issues while increasing visual amenities.
Our impartial design review and consultation resulted in an optimised scope of works and saved the client over £200,000 through value engineering and negotiations with statutory stakeholders.
The Granby Road regeneration project transformed a dilapidated and unwelcoming corridor into a cycle friendly public realm pocket. The success of the project prompted for further development for cycle routes connecting Ebbsfleet Station to key points of interest.
In addition to the complete design package, we liaised with Amey and KCC to ensure project progression and construction to a high standard.
The robust quality of our engineering is consistent regardless of the size of our projects. The raised table at De Vere Gardens, showcases how traffic calming can be designed to be an aesthetic feature to improve our streetscape.
The underlying construction is of a high quality specification which is reflected by the lack of wear on the surface. All our works aim to achieve the longest possible life cycle with minimal maintenance requirements.
